Acceptance of Terms By accessing this website or using any services offered by Aerial Antics PPG, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

Services Offered Aerial Antics PPG offers paramotor foot launch training, trike training, introductory flights, paragliding instruction, and gear sales via direct inquiry. All training takes place at or near French Valley Airport in Temecula, California.

Bookings and Payments Introductory flight bookings are processed through Peek.com, a third-party booking platform. By completing a booking, you also agree to Peek’s terms of service. Training session deposits and payments are handled directly with Aerial Antics PPG and are subject to the payment terms communicated at the time of booking.

Weather and Scheduling Full refund for cancellations made up to midnight the day prior. Cancellations made after that time may not be eligible for a refund. Bookings made through Peek.com are also subject to Peek’s cancellation policy displayed at time of booking.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver Paramotoring, powered paragliding, and paragliding are inherently dangerous activities. Participation involves real risk of serious injury or death. By participating in any training, introductory flight, or activity offered by Aerial Antics PPG, you acknowledge and accept these risks. All participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to any flight or training activity. These Terms do not replace that waiver — both apply.

Age Requirements Discovery/introductory flights: no minimum age. Training programs: minimum age 15 with parent or guardian consent.

Intellectual Property All content on this website — including text, images, and videos — is the property of Aerial Antics PPG unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Aerial Antics PPG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or participation in our services.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Riverside County, California.
